- 200 gr lemongrass thinly sliced
- 1 piece tumeric fresh peeled & sliced
- 4 peces garlic chopped
- 2 pieces kaffir lime leaf
- 1 piece galangal
- 1 piece smal red chili
Step by Step Instructions
The first step is that you put all of ingredients together in a pastel & Mortar muss until they become paste.
Second step put all of the ingredients in a food processor with some water. Blend until is fine. The curry paste can be kept in the refrigerator for a week.
