Khmer cooking class at Khmer gourmet cooking class Alley West, allows you to learn the secrets of Cambodian cuisine and make the unique flavors at home for your loved ones so they can share your experience and memories. Start the class with a trip to local market and source some of the

ingredients. Our experience chef guides you through different parts of the

market while showing you some local fruits and vegetables that you will see and

taste for the first time, meanwhile you also have a glimpse of the Cambodian

daily life in our SIEM REAP Cambodian town.

You will be show how each dish is made step by step, from preparing the raw ingredients to putting on the final touch, and practice all the skills straight away, you will prepare a complete meal all by yourself, with help of our Teacher when necessary, from salad, vegetable, soup, stir fry, curry, to dessert, and then

you taste the result of your hard work. Class lasts approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours. Reservation better 1 day in

advance.
