Beef LOK Lak is very simple food for eating with family and friend heathy freshly.
Just before serving, squeeze the juice of sliced lime into the pepper sauce and stir lightly.

Ingredients

  • 200 gr beef sliced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
  • 1 tsp oil for cooking
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 pcs cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1/2 pcs onion slice
  • a few lettuce leaves
For the pepper sauce:
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed back pepper
  • 1 pcs lime juice

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix sugar, salt, pepper, oil, oyster sauce with tomato and garlic. Then add the meat and coat well. Marinate 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 2

Put the wok on the heat and heat the vegetable oil. Then sauteed the garlic until brown and add the beef. Brown the meat for about a minute or until it is cooked. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.

Step 3

Prepare serving plates with rice and lettuce leaves and serve meat with pepper sauce.

Step 4

Mix the salt and black pepper in small bowls (a soy dish for each person).

Step 5

Just before serving, squeeze lime juice in pepper sauce and stir slightly.
